Front porches, decks, railings, steps and entryways. We also add architectural details, design and fabricate custom doors and coordinate siding accents, gutters and downspouts and roofing when needed.
What materials do you recommend?
We work with cedar, pressure-treated lumber and composite decking. For doors and exterior details we source white oak and other hardwoods selected for the application. Railings can be wood, aluminum or steel. Hardware and fasteners are exterior grade and chosen for your climate.
Do you help with permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We guide you through what is required and prepare drawings or specs as needed for review.
How long does a typical project take?
Scope sets the schedule. Small entries and railings can be quick. Larger porches and decks usually run a few weeks from start to finish.
